To fill out and save a copy of an interactive PDF form on your computer, you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader 8 or higher. If you don't have it, get it here.

To complete and submit interactive forms:

1. Open the form then click "File" - "Save page as" from the menu bar to save the blank PDF form to your computer before filling in the fields.
2. Enter the requested data into the fields on the form. Double-check for errors, especially names and contact information.
3. Be sure to save the completed form to your computer when finished.
4. Click out of any data field before printing. Any field the cursor is occupying will not print.
5. To submit, print the form, look it over one last time, sign it, and mail or fax it as indicated.
6. All forms must be authorized with the signature(s) requested. The official troupe director must sign all International Thespian Society forms. If you have problems using the interactive PDF features, print the blank form and type or print legibly in black ink.

NOTE: Users with browser-based e-mail providers like G-mail or Yahoo! Mail may be unable to send or receive interactive PDFs through their e-mail accounts but should have no additional problems using the forms on their computer.
