A number of members have notified us that they have received a “timed out” error when they try to check out from the EdTA online store. As a result, the order cannot be submitted.
Although not all members are having problems, while we work to find the source of the errors and correct the situation, we recommend you place store orders by fax or mail. Because of unexpectedly high demand for Thespian honors items this spring, the EdTA Store has sold out of a number of products. Here’s an up-to-date list of the inventory status of the affected items.
New supplies of some of these products are being ordered, as noted below. Because our recognition items are custom made, production takes eight to ten weeks. Members may let us know if they’d like to have items placed on back order by including a request with their order. We will complete the order when new merchandise arrives. Otherwise we will give them a credit on their account and notify them so they can request a refund. We’ll update this notice as our inventory is replenished.
The Thespian induction pins (item # 275333) are now back in stock . The Honor Thespian guards (item # 275120) are sold out; they will be available in fall 2009. The temporary tattoos (item #400154) are now back in stock. The limited edition 2009 sun catcher (item #4002009) is sold out. Our 2010 sun catcher/ornament will be available in February 2010. The deluxe light writer pens (item #400111) are now back in stock. The ITS metal key rings (item #400140) are sold out. The International honor Thespian pins (item #275122) are sold out, and will not be available until this fall.
