Be sure to include your troupe number on the official order form. Also include your daytime phone number, in case we have a question about your order. If there are errors on your order, it will not be processed until they are resolved. Only troupe directors of active troupes may order “troupe director-only” items. Thespian pins, honor guards, and other recognition items are only to be awarded to students who have already paid their ITS induction fees. They will not be sold to troupes that do not induct students into the International Thespian Society. We cannot accept telephone orders, but will happily receive your order by fax: (513) 421-7055. Fax orders are only accepted when using a MasterCard, VISA, Diners Club, or official school purchase order document. Please do not confirm faxed orders by mail. Make checks payable in U.S. funds to the Educational Theatre Association. Just one check per order, please. Do not send cash. Payments by purchase order must include the entire purchase order document, not just a p.o. number. Purchase orders must be signed by a school administrator, such as the principal. Ground service orders are delivered within three weeks of the date we receive the error-free order, provided items are in stock. Items that have been discontinued may be substituted with a similar item. Items temporarily out of stock will be back-ordered until stock arrives. Rush service is available for an additional fee of $45. Rush delivery can be expected within five business days after EdTA receives the order and full payment at the home office, unless there are errors on the order form. Rush delivery days do not begin until order errors have been resolved. Bank processing of P.O. box items takes approximately three business days. Orders are forwarded to EdTA after bank deposits have been made. Faxed purchase order and credit card orders are not affected. Please consider this additional processing time when placing your order.
