The Educational Theatre Association has five named funds to which individuals or organizations may make tax-deductible donations. They are:

General Scholarship Fund to support the education of graduating seniors intending to major in communicative arts.

The Doug Finney Festival Grant to defray all transportation and registration costs for four students to attend the Thespian Festival.

The Linda P. Wise Grant to support in-class programming for theatre educators.

The Ron Longstreth International Theatre Foundation Fund to subsidize transportation and registration costs for a student to attend the Festival, with emphasis on an international student.

The International Thespian Society Leadership Grant to provide registration expenses for one student to attend the Thespian Festival, created by Joe Burnsworth for the purpose of encouraging students to enhance their leadership skills.

All other donations made to EdTA without a designation are tax-deductible and support the ongoing work of the Association in many other fields such as publications, Web presence, advocacy, student leadership development, volunteer leader development, student programs, professional development, and more.
