We’re glad you’ve decided to become part of the nationwide team that will be helping those in need through the Trick or Treat so Kids Can Eat initiative.
Getting registered is easy. Your troupe can register either individually or as part of a team. A troupe team is defined as two or more troupes that combine their collections into a single donation to a single location. Pre-registration is required for troupes to be eligible for ITS community service awards. When you register your troupe or team, you’ll receive a confirmation letter and a sheet of TOTS-EAT logos that you can use for promoting your program. Your troupe or team collection total will be combined with all other registered troupe collections from your chapter. A properly completed donation verification form must be received by November 7 to complete the award eligibility process. Troupe, team, and chapter awards will be announced around November 15. Print either the troupe registration or troupe team registration form, fill it out, and mail or fax it to the home office. That’s all it takes. Remember, the registration deadline is October 15. To help your collection activities, we’ve created the collection ideas section, where you’ll find the ideas and information you need to conduct a successful TOTS-EAT campaign. Note: All registered troupes are eligible to win one of ten $100 gift certificates, good toward a purchase from the EdTA Resources or Thespian Gear and Honors catalogs. Thanks for being part of the ITS team, “because hunger is a very scary thing.” |
